This hotel exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. the location was superb - situated close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including the Ferrari attractions. Additionally, it offered easy access to other cities, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-appointed and the attention to detail was evident in the spotlessly clean accommodations. Lastly, the breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious, ensuring we started our days off right.
All was spot on, nothing to complain about.

That they work , very professional. All the things that you expect in one hotel you will find there, but of course in small version. :-)
The only thing is that, the room was fill with (shampoo & etc.) just for one person, not for two. The accommodation was for two persons.

Very peaceful and pleasant hotel with amazing restaurant. Great location for visiting Maranello / Ferrari Museum. Very helpful and professional staff. Really great breakfast - even simple toast or fresh juice was remarkable kind of food. And that coffee. wow! And very comfortable beds!
There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the beautiful Emilia-Romagna region. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, situated in a serene green area yet still close to the city center and renowned restaurant. The convenience of being able to explore the local attractions, such as the Ferrari factory and museum, was truly unbeatable. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms were well-appointed, with thoughtful details and efficient air conditioning that provided a comfortable environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing. A definite highlight was the included breakfast, offering a variety of options that catered to even the most discerning palates.
All was fantastic, couldn't ask for more.

This was a fantastic hotel. The most comfortable bed we had on our five week trip. Lovely room with nice view and fireflies in the garden! We ate at the restaurant and it was amazing - one of the best meals we had on our trip. Great location for Maranello visit or drive in the beautiful Reggio-Emilia area. Highly recommend it!

The restaurant at Locanda was great, the best we experienced in 2 weeks in North Italy. The hotel, a restored mill, was extremely well done and it was interesting to see the pictures of the restoration and some of the implements of the old mill. Being only 3 kilometers from Maranello, it is ideal for Ferrari fans.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Italian countryside. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the beautifully renovated rooms to the spotlessly clean bathrooms. The warm and friendly welcome from the family members who run the hotel makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, nestled in a green area close to everything in the city center. Additionally, the affordable prices make it excellent value for money. The included breakfast, with its carefully arranged selection, is a great way to start the day. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with rooms equipped with good air conditioning.
All was fantastic, nothing to improve.

We loved the hospitality...the family running this Inn is wonderful!! We spent a great deal of time talking with the father and daughter-- both were exceptionally helpful in planning our time in the area. The Inn was very clean, and so charming. We will be returning for sure, one day!

The staff were able to speak English and were always willing to help us as we speak almost no Italian.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which gives a feeling of being close to nature. the building itself is an old flour mill which has been beautifully restored, ensuring the rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and luxurious fittings in the ensuite. the continental breakfast is fabulous, with an impressive selection of pastries, ham, cheese, and coffee served daily.
The location of the hotel is somewhat isolated, making it difficult to enjoy the local nightlife or stroll around the area.
